    Formed is a Catholic Streaming Service that brings Catholic content to parishes, families, and individuals. There is something for everyone on Formed! This includes: award-winning studies and parish programs, inspiring audio content, movies, e-books, and family-friendly kids’ programming. The Augustine Institute and Ignatius Press lead this, in collaboration with over 100 content providers. We hope you use this service to grow and nurture your faith!

    Step 5. Click "Sign Up" at the bottom.

    Step 6. Please fill out your information.

    Step 7. Check the terms section.

    Step 8. Find Holy Trinity Church by parish name, address, or zip code (zip code may be the easiest option).

    Step 9. You're in!
